Cats Museum

The Cats Museum aims to collect and share ancient and vintage material relating to cats and to promote a message of respect for animals and the environment through these works.

The material present in the collections is placed chronologically between the 16th century and 1970.

The works include: antique books, prints, manuscripts, coins, medals, advertising and vintage postcards, vintage newspapers and magazines, memorabilia and many other curiosities concerning the cat.

Although numerically more represented nucleuses collect works belonging to Italian, Spanish, Austro-German and French culture, works of other origins are exhibited and in this perspective we continue to purchase works that we consider interesting to expand our thematic collections.

Upon request, we can lend works from our collections to set up shows and exhibitions anywhere.

The most interesting objects of our collections are reproduced in the souvenirs available to our visitors.

We have diversified our collections in two distinct locations:
